The Manufacturing Process

Step 1.
Designing
A complete tech file, if possible (or) even a rough sketch of their Idea is enough, where we can develop the finished products & will submit for their approval.

Step 2.
Approval
All Stage Pre production approvals will be properly submitted, like Fabric Quality, Color shade cards , Trims Approvals, etc will obtained A complete Pre production sample will be submitted to Client for Approvals. Once approved, the Bulk process would be started.

Step 3.
Production
Production is done with 100% quality supervising, well trained Line Supervisor, Controlled by Quality Assurance manager, monitor each and every step of manufacturing.

Step 4.
Final Inspection
A Final Random Inspection is carried out by a Third Part Inspetor or client Nominated Inspection agencies, to make sure, that right quality of items are been shipped.
