Our Combined Experience
We are tied up with GOTS certified spinning unit of capacity 25000 spindles. Specialized in Coarser and Finer count , making low twist cotton yarn.
We outsource our dyeing process, with modern dyeing unit , who’s capacity is 85000 kgs / month of yarn dyeing & 12500 mts of Narrow & Wider with fabric a day We make sure, a proper Effluent treatment is in place for zero discharge , the maximum recycling & reuse of water ,Low impact dyes are used.
We have our own 10 Japanese Hirawama Wider Width Terry Loom & Outsource 25 Smith Jacquard Terry & Non Terry looms, with a Production capacity of 5000 Kgs / Day.
We have a latest modern Band Knife cutting machine, for a precise cutting of shapes with latest sewing machine, we deliver a world class textile products.
